Popolo is built around a simple idea: a great sandwich should be easy to find. Not a convenience sandwich. Not a decorative sandwich. Just great sandwiches.

At the centre of the menu is our very own Popolo bread. Inspired by Tuscan flatbread and closely related to focaccia, but thinner and with a bit more bite. We make our bread in-house. From scratch. Every day. It’s made with flour from specialist Italian mills and a dash of sourdough.
